Returns and Refunds

Return Method:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send the request no later than 14 working days from receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the product are at your expense.
The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the returned product is not intact from the original packaging, if the product has been installed or is missing some integral elements (accessories, screws, instruction manuals, etc.) and if damaged.

Procedure:
Send a communication via e-mail with the reason for the return and any photographic documentation.
Within one working day you will be forwarded the Return Authorization Number (NAR) and the RMA form which will identify your file. Provide for the shipment of the product, indicating the NAR on the packaging and send the product to our address* within the second working day of receiving the NAR. The product must be carefully packed in the original packaging and complete with all accessories. In the package it is essential that you also insert the RMA form, completed and signed in all its parts. The shipment must be insured against theft and transport damage. In the event that the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, and is lost or damaged, Oulx Illuminazione reserves the right to withhold the cost of damage from the refund amount. *Olux Illuminazione - Strada Consortile, UNI Pole Aversa Nord industrial area, 81032 Carinaro CE. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to the activity professional eventually carried out.

Refund Times:
Olux Illuminazione will refund within fourteen working days following receipt of the goods. The refund takes place in the same way in which the order was paid.
